How much does this cost?

Well that is a good question, and an exciting one to answer! We now have two options for our clients to choose from! Most of our clients choose to invest in a collection for their portrait session rather than individual a la carte options which can be more expensive. Collections make our services much more affordable so that almost anyone can own a Special Memories fine art portrait. How do I book a session?
To book a session, just pick up the phone and call! All sessions require a retainer fee at the time of scheduling which will either be the Starter Collection (2 8x10 gift portraits, 4 5x7 gift portraits, 8 wallets, and time and talent of the photographer) only $285, or session fee $150, this secures your date.

How long does a session take?
A typical session lasts anywhere from 45 min to 2 hours. Newborn sessions have a tendency to go longer, depending on the baby and his/her needs.

How long till I get my pictures back?
You can expect to pick up your images with in 4-5 weeks.

What are my payment options?
We accept all major credit cards, cash and check.

What do I wear, what about my kids, what about my husband, can you help me?!
Some people have a hard time picking out their clothes, and that's fine, that's what we're here for. If you need help deciding what the best options for your family are just give us a call and we'd be happy to assist you.

Where do you do the sessions?
Sessions can be done pretty much anywhere within a 30 mile radius of Kenosha. All permits must be paid in full by the client.

My kids are sick, what do I do?
If your children happen to get sick prior to your scheduled session, please call and reschedule. It's better to wait than have sad children who don't want their pictures taken, and then you be very unhappy with your images.

Can my friends come with, can they actually be in the pictures?
Your friends are more than welcome to be in your images. Keep in mind that the session fee includes 4 people, each additional person in $25

What is your return policy?
If you have any problems with your portraits or portrait products please return them within 3 days. We will then replace that product (product for product)

I have some friends who are interested in having their family portraits taken, what should I tell them?
You should tell them to CALL! We have an awesome referral program, where you a $50 gift print credit!!!
